Services

Our consultations are complimentary therefore when you book a service with us you will also receive a full assessment with a personalized treatment and skin care plan.

All bookings require a credit card on file for our cancellation policy. You may see a .50 cent charge on your card as a hold to verify your credit card. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred.

Please be mindful of your appointment time and if you are running late, please call us directly at 416-962-0001. We will always try our best to accommodate you, however if you are more than 15 minutes late we may not be able to treat you and are happy to reschedule.

Returns and exchanges

Unopened and unused products with proof of purchase may be returned for a full refund.

If your order arrived damaged- Please take a photo and call or email us right away- You can contact us here through the CONTACT page.
